Orange and lemon chicken with soy sauce
Every once in a while I come across a simple recipe that seems too good to be true. The ingredients are simple and the method is well there is practically no method. Just marinade and cook. The flavour is mildly sweet with a savoury kick. When it’s cooking the aroma coming from the rosemary has everyone asking, what smells so good?
I made this a few times because I thought maybe it’s just luck that it tasted so good. To make sure it’s not a fluke i have made this a several times and it comes out super delicious every time. The last time I made it I more than doubled the quantity as it gets devoured very quickly.
I wish I could say I came up with this recipe all by myself but sadly not all of it is my idea I did tweak it a little as you do. I don’t know who’s recipe it is because I got it from a cooking face book page where the woman who posted the recipe said she got this else where but she can’t remember where.
All she said was “ Thanks to who ever gave out this recipe, I made it and it’s delicious. Trust me you need to make this".
So I did. and now I suggest you do the same. It’s a winner.
