Chocolate cake with strawberries dipped in chocolate
Happy Saturday, It's chocolate celebration time! If I were to be completely honest I would have to say I don’t get the obsession with chocolate cake. I mean yeah, it has sugar - which I sadly LOVE but I can’t say it would be my first choice of cakes to bake. I do get a lot of people asking me for easy chocolate recipes and over the years I have honestly tried a million different kinds, and I have yet to find one that will give me that look every one else gets from eating a chocolate cake. I made this cake for two young boys for their birthday and I wanted to make it special by adding star berries dipped in chocolate. It’s so easy to make that the children at the daycare make it for our birthday parties and if they can do it, you can do!
